CardShowExhibition Terms and Conditions
Event Date: October 23–24, 2026

1. General Information

1.1. By attending or participating in the Card Show Exhibition on October 23–24, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

1.2. These terms apply to all participants including vendors, exhibitors, collectors, attendees, sponsors, and media representatives.

2. Exhibitor Policies

2.1, Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received by the Organizer.

2.2. All payments are final and non-refundable except as stated in Clause 6.

2.3. All exhibitor and sponsorship bookings are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued if an exhibitor or sponsor withdraws, cancels participation, reduces participation, fails to attend, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to participate for any reason..

2.4. Tables must be fully set up by 12:00 p.m. and cleared by 9:00 p.m. each day.

2.5. Exhibitors must ensure displays do not obstruct aisles, exits, or other vendor spaces.

2.6. The sale or display of counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized items is strictly prohibited.

2.7. Exhibitors found selling counterfeit or prohibited items will be removed immediately without refund and banned from future events.

2.8. Displaying or selling adult, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content is prohibited.

2.9. Exhibitors must hold all necessary rights and licenses for their merchandise; selling infringing content (pirated, bootleg, or unlicensed goods) is prohibited.

2.10. All merchandise must be suitable for all ages and comply with local laws and international IP regulations.

3. Buyer Awareness

3.1. Buyers should conduct due diligence before purchasing or trading.

3.2. Organizer does not verify authenticity or condition of items sold or traded.

3.3. The Organizer disclaims liability for losses, damages, or disputes between attendees, vendors, or collectors, including counterfeit or misrepresented items.

3.4. Suspected counterfeit items must be reported onsite; the Organizer will facilitate communication but is not responsible for refunds or returns.

4. Conduct

4.1. All attendees must behave respectfully and professionally.

4.2. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.

4.3. The Organizer may refuse admission for safety, legal, or reputational reasons.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. Participation is at attendees’ and exhibitors’ own risk; the Organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or property damage.

5.2. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to obtain insurance for equipment, inventory, and liability, including public liability, theft, and property damage, even outside their usual territory.

5.3. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, and related entities against claims or losses from participation.

5.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the exhibitor or sponsor.

6. Event Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. If the Event or any portion of the exhibit area becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control—such as fire, natural disasters, government or Hotel regulations and restrictions, acts of war, civil unrest, labor strikes, or other force majeure events—the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate the Event. In such cases, the Organizer will not be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses and will not be able to offer any refund.

6.2. If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer for reasons other than the force majeure circumstances described in Clause 6.1, exhibitors will receive a full refund of any exhibit space fees paid. This refund applies only to cancellation of the Event by the Organizer and does not apply to an exhibitor's or sponsor's withdrawal, cancellation, or inability to attend the Event.

6.3. The Organizer is not liable for travel, lodging, or incidental costs related to schedule changes or cancellations.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. The Exhibition may be recorded or photographed for marketing and promotional use; attendance implies consent to use of image and likeness.

7.2. Unauthorized commercial filming or photography without Organizers consent is prohibited.

8. Personal Property

8.1. Personal items should be kept secure; the Organizer and venue are not responsible for loss or theft.

8.2. Found items should be turned to the organizer.

9. Compliance

9.1. All must comply with applicable local, federal, and international laws and regulations.

9.2. Violations may be reported to authorities and result in removal without refund.

10. Assignment of Exhibit Space

10.1. Space is assigned at Organizer’s discretion, no guarantee of future placement or space.

10.2. The Organizer may modify the floor plan or relocate Exhibitors as deemed beneficial.

11. Taxes and Licenses

11.1. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, tax IDs, and paying applicable taxes or fees.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Additional Provisions

13.1. Any matters not explicitly addressed are subject to the Organizer’s discretion.

13.2. The Organizer reserves full authority to interpret, modify, and enforce all rules.

14. Changes to Terms

14.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be published on the official event website and will take effect upon publication.

By registering, making payment, or participating in the Event, participants acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the participant and the Organizer.
