welcoming environment for everyone. This Code of Conduct outlines our
behavioral expectations for the participants and the consequences for
unacceptable actions. We encourage all participants to contribute to a positive
and safe experience for everyone involved.
Please treat everyone with respect and consideration. avoid any form of
discriminatory, or harassing behavior, be aware of your surroundings and
considerate of others, notify event organizers if you see a dangerous situation
or someone in distress. Behaviors that will not be accepted include, but not
limited to harassment, abuse, discrimination, or offensive actions of the
participants of The CardShowExhibition.
Unacceptable
behavior will not be condoned by participants of The CardShowExhibition. If you are asked to cease such
behavior, you must comply immediately. Event organizers reserve the right to
take any necessary actions, including removal from the exhibition without a warning
or refund.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any concerns,
please contact a CardShowExhibition organizer immediately. We are available to assist with
contacting venue security and providing
escorts to ensure your safety.
All participants are expected to follow this Code of Conduct at all event
venues.
